I actually got a little scared by tumors recently. I know this is going to sound like an assholish thing to say, so I'm asking you guys to bear with me. I play at a LARP (Nerdy, but I think it's fun.) And my character was this big brute of a character. He was always angry and would go into these rage-filled assaults on his enemies. He would later find by the staff that he had brain cancer, a tumor on his pituitary gland. Now when you play someone for a couple of events and all you do all day for the entire weekend is pretend you're someone, you really - and I mean REALLY forget you're you and become your character. And I've researched tumors and its effects. I would intentionally stutter, shiver, act hormonal and do a bunch of other things that would fit my symptoms and I have to tell you, it's really scary.

I mean, I'm not going to tell someone that I know what it's like to have cancer. I've only had a slight taste of the shit-filled ice cream they've been given, and it's absolutely terrifying.

Yes you should always be worried. Self-examine, the height is not a problem, but yeah examine anyway.

Taking Maj's question seriously, the best answer I found when looking online a while ago is: "It feels different from what it normally feels". In other words, get on the habit of examining your breasts/testicles so that you can catch if you feel a lump/hardness that is not normally there. For women, keep in mind that the menstrual cycle causes differences, so do your examination in the same day within the cycle.

Vis a vis your right nut, from a standing position do you feel a sort of...bundle of thick veins/"cables"? It should be pretty apparent if you have them.

If so you likely don't have cancer just varicose veins (although it is more common with the left) which make your nut warm and thus hang lower.

I would still get it checked out though because it could lead to tenderness and/or fertility issues and it's pretty simple out-patient to get fixed as far as I know.

It's not varicose veins, it's varicocele, there's some pretty significant differences. It's not even certain varicocele and varicose veins are caused by the same thing, it's assumed, but unknown at the moment.

Varicocele is rarely the reason your testicles hang lower. They hang at different heights normally, and by design. That's how they sit against each other comfortably. But sure, if you feel that thickening of the vein get it checked out.

Overall, mate, there's so much individual variation that it's hard for anyone to tell you what your nuts be. You gotta get to know your own boys.
