Geez I got a bit owned on the Linux testimonial.

But for real Win 10 is an embedded information extraction unit

Update, I upgraded to 10

I now randomly crash if my drivers aren’t 100% up to date or randomly while chrome is open

But it’s okay at least I get security updates now

Man, it just gets better and better. Desktop Linux is the adblock of operating systems. The stuff you don't want just isn't there.

Mint let me add custom shortcuts for every program I run, so everything I want to run is just a keyboard combination away. Plus my course timetable, and other quick text documents for taking notes. I also was able to customize my taskbar too. I also wrote some scripts to download and balance my music. Gaming is still the weakest point, since the summer started, I encountered one (1) game I was unable to run on my computer. Everything else worked fine. Gaming on Linux is still in a similar state as software development on Windows. It works, but there are some hoops you need to jump through.

Update, I wiped my computer of all apps and it runs fine

But I also bought a new computer cause it's been about 10 years

So now I have two

it's amazing to have a computer that start up in 10 seconds instead of 5 minutes

Update I upgraded PC from vista to 7 a long time ago

Laptop had 7 until microsoft force updated it which caused it to brick itself. Had to get new harddrive. Microsoft feature that i turned off and got auto turned back on by a 7 update said no bricking would occur with force upgrade it did back in the day. I call BS. At least laptop functional now

Will continue to use seven as long as all my steam games support it
