It's not the all female cast it's the script leak on them focusing on the fact they are girls (which doesn't even matter) and pushing it in a pc way. It's like you don't even read dave.

The first Ghostbusters was a product of it's time. It's misogynist and pretty "boy's club"-ish, but it's not extravagantly worse than others of the same era.

THe remake will probably suck because the strong majority of franchise reboots/remakes are horrible if you were a fan of the original. (Karate Kid, Footloose, Carrie, etc)
