I could imagine doing this all in Photoshop, as I've had fun doing similar stuff with layers and I've got a friend who makes HQ vectors pretty much full time.
But in MS Paint, I have no fuckin' idea. I've drawn some cool stuff in Paint, I like the limitations and how it forces you to develop a unique style, but yeah if Cheetory is doing this in Paint, paint me impressed.

It's mostly just throwing time at it until it works. It does take a long time to do most of them q.q
