They're mostly quite savvy and are aware of the show. It's not like they recruited a bunch of model/actors who are just there to stand still look pretty. Quite pleased with production values.

granted it was an hour and a half, but the US version is usually longer and seems to ignore more people.

so hopefully we do get more strategy talk as the game progresses (not that it was lacking much, we got a sense of where the lines were on vavau for instance)

Happy with it but don't think it was a good idea to put it on twice in one week.

Also I keep reading articles about how Australians don't like villains and thus there won't be nearly as much attention to the strategic elements. Is this actually true or just journalists blowing smoke?

Promos are a bit spoilery, but then I'm expecting the same level strategy as the American version.

hard to find the cracks because everyone was so disgustingly ra-ra go team at first but man did he ferret them out, good on you FakeProbst.
* So many INVs
* 0 idol talk, no idol hunting, and no "if anyone has an idol now's the time to play it" bit, weird

Best thing to me is that the show

very Survivor so it's good.

How have you guys been watching? Hola didn't work on tenplay for me, so I've just been having to download/stream each episode, but I can't find episode 4 yet.

Tribal council reaction faces in this series are top-notch. I like how we finally get some hidden stories in episode 4. It's like "hey we have had about 10 INV ratings for the last few episodes, let's give one a OTTPP2 please and keep the rest at UTR1 for saying 'OMG' to the story."
