It is quite fun to see how much taste varies though - while #1 is usually really appraised with points from all you do get a few who give it none, and the middling ones usually have mostly lower or no points and then that one person gives it a 12 and makes me feel warm and fuzzy

My song I entered has pretty much my favourite chorus of any song ever (even without mentioning the wonderful contrast with the much more dark verses), but I'll agree the coda is about twice as long as it needs to be and (while I personally enjoy them) I can see why the verses can be seen as a tad long and repetitive.

But damn, that chorus alone makes it my favourite Blur song (even though on an album level I prefer their earlier Britpop like Modern Life is Rubbish and Parklife to their later alt-rock like Blur and 13).

I'm Central African Republic as always

Did you know the capital city (Bangui) lies on the Ubangi river, making it a very rare case of the name of a city being an anagram of the name of a river that runs through it

Also its main exports are diamonds and carrots and the currency is the Central African Franc
