"We are going to be starting to seriously plan this meet and we really want to know what dates are possible.

This week will consist of a few planned events, that you don't have to attend but it will be an option! There will be many board games, mafia games, and solidly good times.

As for lodgings, the current plan is to see how many people would like to attend. Once we do that, we will send a preference survey out for if you would like to stay at Hiplop's house, where lodging will be free but it may mean sleeping on the floor or an air mattress. BipolarChemist will be helping to organize AirBnBs for any overflow if Hiplop's house does not suffice. This has been done for other meets in the past and worked out wonderfully.

So we want you all thinking about a couple of things:
1) Can I attend any of these dates?
2) What would I be okay with for sleeping arrangements?
3) Would I be willing to spend a bit to have an AirBnB?
4) Will I be able to stand Hiplop for more than a day?

Well it's a bit further than Toronto but it's not outside of the realm of travelability for me.

I have to find out when Defcon and NAMM are because I'll probably be attending both of those...

I can only come in july or aug i think, becuase school.

A lot depends on exactly when I move and all.
