Hello everyone! Hiplop and I have been discussing a lot of possibilities for the meet and what we could do. We have also been considering having a SurvivorMeet: Kingston, where a portion of the people in the meet would take part in a Survivor game. You do not need Survivor game experience or anything to play or get far in the game, and it was a blast for all involved, experienced or not, at the previous meet. So we're curious who may be interested!

We have many plans for Survivor and plans for events outside of Survivor! Kingston has a gorgeous surrounding area, where hiking is a must. Plus, we can do an escape room, as well. There are many other places to visit and sights to see around the city, including the University! We would very much so like to plan both Survivor and these events for those not playing.

If a Survivor game is to run, those that are playing may have a small extra fee to cover supplies, but this fee may be small, like $10-$20. This would be to purchase supplies and swag that you could keep. It would take place over 3 days, with a fair amount of 'breathing time' where everyone at the meet can socialize and chill out.

ANYWAYS, if everyone who sees this form could fill it out that would be GREAT:

I was told that if you have a dui on your record that you wouldn't be allowed to cross the border up north, anyone know if this is true?

ANNOUNCEMENT:

Kingsmeet will just be a regular meet. No survivor anything! Just like Chi meet but probably a bit less splintered!

Upgrading from "non-zero interest" to "fairly likely" considering I have some business to finish in Rhode Island and taking the detour to Toronto (and then Kingston) doesn't cost much more extra. Woo!

Just got confirmation from my library director that I can make this! I do not know for sure yet if I'm planning on Thursday-Sunday or Friday-Monday.

Whatever the case, it means I can finally start getting serious about getting a passport.
And scraping together funds for this. scrape scrape scrape

So essentially, you can take me off the maybe in list but keep me on the in list. Why I've been on both lists this entire time, no idea.
