If anyone has plans confirmed enough to know about what time and on what days they would need to be picked up/dropped off at BART stations or something similar please let me know so I can start trying to plan things out transportation wise so we always have someone available to pick people up. If you are staying and plan to drive, also let me know so I can keep a car count. It sounds like we need to stay at four or less if at all possible.

Everything you say and do matters. People will respond in ways you may never see. May those responses be what you intend.

Arriving at San Jose Diridon Station on Friday at 1:35 PM. Departing from Pleasanton Station on Tuesday at 5:33 AM (or San Jose at 7:10 AM).
How about parking for people who commute in for the day? I would be willing to help give rides to/from Bart or I could take Bart myself and have someone pick me up from there.
Lists for people offering and requesting carpools have been added to the opening post. If you're interested in carpooling and haven't already arranged one, then please say so and I'll add you!
How much is it relatively per night again? I live relatively close regardless, so not a huge deal, but depending on my schedule, I may be able to stay for a few nights.

I brought that to montreal meet, I can probably find room to pack it. I'm probably not bringing a second suitcase this time though so it'll probably just be that and tiny games from me (masquerade, a deck of cards for skulls & roses, that 2-4 player hand of the king game)

ScumBlade's eloquent performance left me utterly disoriented, debased, depraved and sent me spiraling into a horrific murky abyss with emotional turmoil and immense despair as my only companions until slowly I suffocate in my own gloom, surrounded by failure. Arriving in Oakland July 15 around 8:02 AM, and then I will use BART to get to Pleasanton. A pickup once there would be appreciated.
Departing from Oakland July 17 at 6:40 PM. Again, would appreciate ride to BART so I can get to Oakland, if possible.
My plan is to drive up from LA on the 14th, leaving on the 18th. I'll probably grab a hotel room nearby, and I miiiiight have a +1 that y'all should ruthlessly judge.
So high, so low, so many things to know.
