Haaaaay y'all haaaay

I live in Los Angeles now, and I'm so /in for this shindig. I can offer crash space in Downtown LA and a ride up to the meet (~6 hours), if any of our international folks get better rates flying into LAX.
So high, so low, so many things to know.

speaking of which, it's worth pointing out that for Santa Cruz, the closest airport is San Jose (SJC), but both SFO and Oakland (OAK) work. If you use something like hipmunk it should give you those options if they're cheaper, but if you're flying southwest, you'll want to check each of those airports individually.

I think between Bay Area, LA and Sacramento there is basically no excuse for anyone saying they cant find a ride. We have plane, train and bus covered.

Plane, Train, and Bus is a lesser known John Candy film.
One time, back in 'nam, Sudo was set upon by an entire squadron of charlies. He challenged them all to a game of Pictionary, which he won resoundingly. The charlies were forced to not only surrender the skirmish, but also their world-famous chili recipe, which Sudo sold to Texas for a hefty profit. Sudo is a master of diplomacy.

Hello, everyone!

We will be booking an Airbnb with a check-in date of July 14 and check-out date of July 24. We've found some possible locations between Monterey and Santa Cruz, but we need some more information to narrow down the list. Please take the following survey to help us figure out how big of a place and any price limitations that we need to keep in mind.

>>> Click here! <<<

To give an example of something for which we're looking: If there are 14 people who will average six nights, our attendance will never be more than 12 per night, and we can spend $50 a night, then we need to find a 12-room location for $4200 or less.

Thanks!

I may be able to stop over for a day or so given these dates. I'll have started residency by then, but it might be close to where you guys end up.

Oh these dates make me out. I'm actually upstate during this time.
No matter how high the stakes, sooner or later you're just gonna have to go with your gut.
And maybe, just maybe, that'll take you right where you were supposed to be.

Dang, I am super jelly of this attendee list. But my brothers wedding is in June and the total solar eclipse is in August, so I really can't spare more summer days off. :(

If I lose my job in the next four months I'm so in though

I work on value based analytics for healthcare orgs, so it mostly depends whether the new administration totally destroys our healthcare system and sends us back to pure fee for service or not
