That's irrelevant. James3 was claiming the CBC was an example of a group that restricted membership by race. That is incorrect.
The CBC does not discount the interests of other minorities. Blacks just happened to be the first minority to make big inroads into the government. There's also congressional caucuses for Hispanics, Asians/Pacific Islanders, and Sikhs.
