If you look at the context of the picture, you'll see that "just" here is meant to downplay the importance of the objective moral truth, when in fact it is the most important thing in the world. Even though everyone thinks it's just my opinion, they fail to see that my opinion correlates to the correct path, which is the ultimate arbiter of all morality.

The Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy is your best resource for overviews of specific topics/thinkers.
This may be a contentious suggestion but I liked Russell's A History of Western Philosophy. Its pretty good up until the Kant chapter. After that he starts adding a lot of his own bias in so be aware. I've also heard his The Problems of Philosophy is decent but I haven't read it so idk.
