This is only slightly related, but a lot of what the left says is tyrannical seems to be more the result of Trump trying to run the presidency like a business than actual malice

Not necessarily, but some points are definitely right-wing, and I'm, uh, sure there are some out there... probably?

I guess there are some decent arguments for strong immigration control? Or economical regulation.

the guardian tries to do a roundup of right-wing articles except they're always left-wing viewpoints from right-wing sources it's really dumb

There's a lot of monopolies due to government involvement which right wing (maybe just libertarian?) philosophies would probably get rid of

Also there's something to be said that immigration processing is (like anything else managed by government) inefficient to the point of being broken and that's not something Democrats or left-wing ideals address
