I (fittingly) play one called Defender 3. It's a tower defense game, it throws microtransactions down your throat, but almost everything is obtainable without them.

swiftkey keyboard - better than the default android keyboard, has good autocorrect and a bunch of language options.

Now I've gotten a bit more used to things, this has turned out to be epic. Thank you so much for the suggestion, I'd never have thought to pick it up without you.
