Music Help

I have some questions about music files and programs...

- Is it possible to convert mp3's to wav files?

- Anyone have any experience with Reason v2.0? If so, is it possible to isolate individual tracks from wav or cda files?

- Anyone have any experience with Overture? If so, is it possible to input full chords with one or two shortcut keys? I'm worried using my midi keyboard might me a bit inaccurate, as the parts aren't easy to just play right in by ear without messing up.

See, I'm trying to transcribe some instrumental parts for my school musical, and I have a ton of music programs that could make that so much easier if I had the songs in a wav file format, but unfortunately I only have them in CD audio (.cda) and mp3 format. Suggestions?

Or if you happen to have access to the following songs in wav format or know somewhere I could get them, it could help. They're both from the Broadway revival of Cabaret:

Mein Herr
Money, Money

If anyone's really bored and ambitious and wanted to help with the actual arranging, I wouldn't object. (You never know, maybe there are some music geeks out there like me who would actually enjoy this.)

PS: If you want to have the classic file-sharing debate, please don't do it here, start another thread. ;)

Musicwatch (freeware) can do this.

I know of a very good program, called SCMPX, which does this very fast.

You can download it on a lot of places, but I can mail it to you too as an attachment if you need it.

Heck, can't winamp do that conversion? If not, go to download.com and search for mp3 wav converter. I don't think you'll have any problems finding a nice piece of freeware.
