UK Eastermeet UPDATE: 30 March - 6 April 2018

It's that time of year when we start planning our annual UK meetup! I'm starting to look at accommodation and so it would be good to get an idea of how many of us there will be to ensure I book something suitably sized.

As always, newcomers are more than welcome, we'd love for more scummers to join us and I know there were some maybes last year that we're hoping will turn into yeses this time around.

Dates: Friday 30th March - Friday 6th April
Location: Holiday cottage in Suffolk, near to Ipswich - PM me if you're booking travel and I can give you the exact address.
Cost: Likely to be in the region of £100-150 per person for the week.

Oh yes - I have just always imagined we'll be doing both, we usually have multiple meets per year. I have a bunch of questions in my head that I need to send to you about your plans Shea. Eastermeet tends to be a bit different to city meets though (less travelling, more gaming), and having something in the holidays means that students/teachers can attend.

It does make sense to mention it though, that if anyone can only make it to one or the other, Shea's London visit is 8-16 May next year.

(I will obviously be in for this. I'm seeing Arcade Fire in Birmingham on April 11 so a different week would be strictly better for me but really I'll just do whatever week works best for the most people and then disappear for 24 hours if needs be.)

I mean you guys know Im always extra keen for the usual place. Obviously I want AV and Nexus there, which takes priority, but if neither plan on coming, and we get our usual lodges for a different week, I say it's probably a better choice. (cheaper, quieter outwith the Easter holidays?) EDIT: as Im aware the lodges aren't available for that week
