i mean it depends why you're saying that but your body doesn't start to catabolize just because you went to sleep, like i've heard a lot of people say. you might mean something else though

i'm more thinking of having free protein available for muscle growth

when fasting (sleep) free nutrients are generally limited. And having a low protein start to your day limits the ability for muscle growth. My understanding was that while carbs and fats are easily swapped via energy stores, protein availability for growth comes largely from the diet. Thus if you haven't eaten in a while, you won't have much free amino acids for growing muscle.

Basically its the same idea behind multiple small protein rich snacks throughout the day as opposed to large meals that just dump all your nutrients into you at once

hummus (6/10 meh but good protein)
baba ganoush! (7/10 decent)
yogurt (2/10 gross)
greek yogurt (4/10 not good but healthy on paper at least that protein)
butter and maple syrup pretend its a pancake (9/10 not healthy at all but pretty fucking good)
surprised and impressed honey with butter was brought up well done
olive oil (8/10 surprisingly decent euro meme)

i like how you can make little pizzas from toast with tomato sauce cheese and toppings and stuff into oven but thats not rly a spread anymore

Liver pate is one of the best things to put on warm toast. Jam or butter is ok too, but secondary.
Norwe is spontaneous, has a stream-of-consciouness posting style, usually posts on catch-ups by commenting on past pages posts, gets rather fired up in certain moments in games, is relatively as playful as me in games and likes casual shitposting
