I tried to look for a thread like this but it seems like there isn't.

You can post here about recent deaths of famous people. A short summary of that person can be helpful because not everyone might know the person.

I'll start with a couple right now.

Ray Wilkins died 4th of April.

He was a well-known character in English football. Played for a lot of clubs in the Premier League and for the national team. He later became a coach of some other clubs in the Premier League. He died after being a few days in a coma following a cardiac arrest.

R.I.P. Ray Wilkins. A big figure in the world of soccer.

So something like this is what you should post here I think? Of course it's up to you. I didn't know Ray Wilkins very well so it's probably not looking very good... but hey I need to have an example.

Eric Bristow, five-time World Champion in darts, passed away Thursday evening after a heart attack at the age of 60.

Bristow was a former five-time World Champion in 1980, 1981 and 1984-1986. He also was the runner-up five times and won several other major titles during the 80's and 90's. He was one of the biggest figures back in the days. He also was the mentor of another legend, 16-time world champion Phil Taylor.

He played a big part in getting the game of darts to where it is today. Last Thursday evening, he even was there at the venue when night 9 of the Premier League Darts was played...
Eric Bristow arguably was the biggest legend in all of darts' history.
R.I.P. Eric Bristow MBE. A true darts legend and definitely one of the three most important contributors to the sport of darts. It would never be the same without him... :'(

I play darts myself so that's why it probably looks a lot better of a tribute than the previous one.
