So, to get a rough idea of how many PM's the modbot can handle, I sent the same cookie to one person, then to two people, and so forth.
One lucky scummer has received this fortune cookie fifteen times!

Anyway, I still owe personalized cookies as promised!
Two issues: Internet fortune cookies suck, and my creativity for that stuff also sucks.
