As some of you may have noticed, I have been posting riddles in my signature. Here I will collect the old ones. Please post answers in PMs to me rather than in the thread.

Past Riddles

In case you are not aware, ROT13 means to replace each letter with the letter 13 characters forward or backward in the alphabet. So M = 13, which would go to 13+13 = 26 = Z; A = 1, + 13 = 14, = N; F -> S... "MAFIASCUM" would become ZNSVNFPHZ.

Although, as someone pointed out, "This is not subjective" ended up being a bit inaccurate. What I meant was "the answer does not depend on fuzzy intuition, there is one answer that is definitely right, and the other three are definitely wrong".

Did you solve it? Count the number of letters in each word: So = two, without = seven, a = one, question = eight, at = two, ...
Those numbers spell out my username which is the decimal expansion of e. The next word would have to have 9 letters, and the only choice that does is "villagers".

I am working on another puzzle that will be released once Something_Smart's Murder Riddle II (in the Mish Mash forum) is solved. In the meantime, the answer to the current one will be revealed.

the villagers riddle was extremely obtuse and only works if the person made the association with the last riddle. NOT GOOD.
