By which I mean the original meaning of the word (the color between cyan and purple, not the color between blue and purple). Alternatively, you could say it's a faded blue, but I (like most English speakers) think of blue as meaning something in between cyan and, well, "Blue". So this is more purple than "blue", but less purple than "purple".

I might be inclined to call it lavender, but there's a little too much blue in its pigmentation for that even though the hue/saturation is about what lavender would be.
It's more purple than blue, so I'd call it bluish purple, or purple-blue, but that seems to imply a level of saturation stronger than what's there (basically, the hue/saturation is lighter than what I'd think the connotation of bluish purple/purple-blue would imply).

Maybe lavender-blue/bluish lavender?
