The ruleset is
here. There are 6
Liberals
who are the town equivalent, 3
Fascists
who are the mafia equivalent, and 1
Hitler
who is like a special mafia role. The Fascists know who each other are, and who Hitler is, but Hitler does not know who their fellow Fascists are. Liberals want to pass liberal policies, and fascists want to pass fascist policies. This is done via the elective process. The presidency passes from the first player on the playerlist, to the second, and then the third, and so on. When it gets to the last player, the presidency rolls back to the first player. The president then must nominate another player to be the Chancellor. You cannot nominate the previous president or the previous chancellor to be Chancellor. Once the President has chosen a Chancellor, every player (the candidates included) votes "Yes" or "No" indicating whether they want the current nomination to go into power or not. If there is a tie, or No gets the majority, then the government is voted down, and the presidency is passed onto the next player. If three nominations are voted down, a random policy will be passed. If the majority vote Yes, the government will go into the power, and the President will recieve three policies, each of which are either Liberal or Fascist. There is always a "policy deck" i.e a list of policies that are either Liberal and Fascist, which are discarded as they are given to candidates. Once there are no longer enough policy cards to give to the president, the "policy deck" will be reshuffled. They must discard one of these policies. The president then gets to choose between the remaining policies. The thread will be locked during the time when policies are being selected by the President and Chancellor. This process repeats until a wincon is reached.
When fascist policies are passed, the President gets to use an Executive Power. When the first and second Fascist policies are passed, the President may investigate a player's alignment. When the third Fascist policy is passed, the President may choose anyone to be the next President (but after this Special Election, the order will return to normal, i.e the player after the one who passed the Fascist Policy will get to be President after whoever was chosen to be President in the Special Election.) When the fourth and fifth Fascist policies are passed, the current president may kill any player. They will not flip, unless they are Hitler, in which case the game will end in a Liberal Victory.
After a fifth Fascist policy has been passed, the candidates gain veto power. Instead of passing the policy giving to them, the chancellor may veto, and discard both cards, passing neither. If the President contents to this, both policies are discarded. If the President doesn't consent, the Chancellor must pass a policy as normal.
The
Liberals
win when five liberal Policies have been passed, OR Hitler dies. The
Fascists
win when six Fascist Policies have been passed, OR Hitler is elected as chancellor after three Fascist policies have been passed.
