Just as Charlie was about to head off, Victoria appears riding on a trolley (to save the mod time, not because this is something you will be able do normally) with a generator.

It's connected up, and working. The UFO has power, but the control panel doesnt seem to do anything. You pull the lever but nothing happens. You might simply not understand the alien technology.

Victoria tries the pin for the UFO locker on every other locker just in case it works on any of them. It doesn't. It only opens the already open storage locker of the UFO.

The turnstile leads to two areas: The Train Station and The Storage Area where you currently are. It's a one way turnstile, meaning you can exit back to the eatery without hassle, but you would need a train ticket to get directly back through it. It's hard to tell exactly where the guard went.
