Rules I will randomly distribute the values in the money tree below among the 26 cases. The contestant will then select one of those cases to set aside, leaving 25 cases in play at the beginning of the game. In Round 1, I will ask the player to select 6 cases to open. The cases will be opened, and the values they held will be revealed and removed from play. The aim is to open cases with lower values, as this will increase your winnings at the end. The number of cases to open in each round gets progressively smaller—in Round 2, you will open 5, in Round 3 you will open 4, and so on. From Round 6 onwards, you will only have to open one case per round. At the end of a round, the Banker will make you an offer. You then have two choices: Deal
or No Deal
. A deal
ends the game and nets you the value of the offer, while a no deal
rejects the offer and continues the game into the next round. If you reach the point where there are only two cases remaining (one on the board and the one you set aside at the start) and you reject the Banker's offer, I will open your own case, and you will win whatever is inside. However, before I open it, you may opt to switch cases and you will win with the case you have at the end of the game. The game ends when you either accept an offer from the Banker or open one of the final two cases. If both values on the board are very low, I may introduce a special modifier.
The money tree is mostly based on the American primetime version, but there are two changes: I have replaced $0.01 with $0.10, and there is now a car in place of the $200,000 mark, similar to the Australian version. If the car is won, that spot goes back to being a regular cash spot to the value of $200,000. Edit 21/6/2013:
The money tree has been changed slightly; see below.
Audience participation is, of course, welcome (for example, feel free to scream "TAKE THE DEAL!!" or "NO DEAL!!" when the pressure's on).
If you go 48 hours without any activity, I will prod you. If I have to prod you three times, you are out of the game. Failing to respond to a prod within 24 hours will also result in your ejection from the game and you will not be allowed to play again.
Be aware that you are likely to wait upwards of two months between entering the queue and your turn starting. You are expected to remain active on the site during that time—if I get to you and you haven't been on site for three days, I will consider you to have flaked and I will remove you from the queue.
For the purpose of calculating the offers, the car is considered to be equivalent to $200,000.
Knocking out $0.10 will add $10,000 to your offer for that round.
Knocking out top dollar ($1,000,000) will subtract $10,000 from your offer for that round.
Please wait for me to acknowledge your choice of case before you start Round 1.
You are invited to give the next lot of cases to be opened at the same time you reject an offer, but please do not decide to keep or swap your case in advance if you reject the final offer.
It may be helpful to know that at the very top of the money tree, there are two special cells; the one on the right is the current offer and the one on the left is the number of cases to open in the event of its rejection.

So, izakthegoomba, welcome to Deal or No Deal! I certainly hope you end up with something more than 10 cents.
You may have noticed that there's a car on the money tree. For this game, our car is a beautifully crafted 2010 Aston Martin Rapide, worth $200,000.
She's a beauty, isn't she?
Anyway, let's get down to business. izakthegoomba, please select one of the 26 cases to set aside.

Case 13 it is.
Now, the one part of the game I'm not actually sure how to do. Would you rather open all cases in a round at once, or one after the other like in the actual show?

Ouch, you've taken out some big numbers there, like $500,000. But you've also knocked out some smaller ones, so that should help.
1 $500,000 3 4 $100,000
6 7 8 9 10
11 12 14 15 $400
17 18 $10,000 20 21
$5 23 24 $200 26
$0.10 $1000
$1 $5000
$5
$10,000
$10 $25,000
$25 $50,000
$50 $75,000
$75 $100,000
$100 CAR
$200
$300,000
$300 $400,000
$400
$500,000
$500 $750,000
$750 $1,000,000
And the Banker is offering you just under $14,000. Deal or No Deal?

Terrific. Trolls and flamers are the biggest causes of war and poverty, so I'm told.
Anyway, this game is now open to everyone. Please note the couple of changes I have outlined in the OP, and in future games I will explicitly state what is in each case you pick as well as reveal it on the board, as that is the one thing I think I could have done better.

Feirei and Snakes (for some reason, I want to type that as "Snakers") have been added to the queue, while Xalxe gets to go first since he asked first.
So, Xalxe, please choose a case to set aside.

Hmm, our graphics department has made an alarming oversight. As much as I would love to offer you $5 million, it is unfortunately still $50 thousand. But hopefully you can make that go up a bit.

Sorry for the delay.
Case 6: $0.10! Lucky you.
Case 11: $750,000. I take that back. Fortunately, you'll have an extra $10,000 on your offer on account of knocking out the 10 cents.
$50,000 $100,000 $50 $500 $1000
$0.10 7 $300 CAR $300,000
$750,000 $10,000 $25,000 $200 $400,000

$300
$400,000
$400
$500,000
$500
$750,000
$750 $1,000,000
The offer has gone down to $54154.25, and that's including the $10,000 bonus. I can tell you that knocking out anything except the $500,000 would probably increase your offer to about $60,000, and knocking out the $500,000 would take it right down to four digits. Keep in mind that from now on you only have to open one case per round.
So, Deal or No Deal?

Maybe you should have chosen your birthday after all.
Case 4: $750,000
Case 8: $1,000,000
Case 12: $5000
Case 16: $400
Case 20: $100,000
Case 24: CAR
1 2 3 $750,000 5
6 7 $1,000,000 9 10
11 $5000 13 14 $400
17 18 19 $100,000 21
22 23 CAR 25 26
$0.10 $1000
$1 $5000
$5 $10,000
$10 $25,000
$25 $50,000
$50 $75,000
$75 $100,000
$100 CAR
$200 $300,000
$300 $400,000
$400
$500,000
$500 $750,000
$750 $1,000,000
Again, since the $10,000 dollar deduction for knocking out top dollar would bring your offer below zero (even further than with Snakes, due to your extremely unlucky elimination of second-to-top dollar as well), you have been offered $0.01.
Do I even have to ask?

Well played! You are our new champion. I can tell you now that continuing and opening case 5 would have actually been the optimal play ($50) and would have taken your offer up into the 140's. But for completeness' sake, let's see what you had in your own case...
Spoiler:
Case 15: $500,000.
Oh well, $101,896 is still a lot of money. Thanks for playing!
This means we now come to N. Pick a case, any case.
