Please put your card lists in tables; I can't make heads or tails of them as they are.
If you do that, I'll /in.

Isn't a Showdown team 20 players? (4 Starters, 9 Regulars, 7 Backups / Relievers / additional Regulars)

Suggestion: Since we don't have point values for the cards, instead of adding arbitrary restrictions on lineup order, how about we do an auction draft?
PEdit: The 20 players rule is in the rules page you linked at the start.

Can you divide it into two blocks of 88?
There's no need for additional players. If you can't fill a field position, you use an "emergency fielder", a player with no on-base (i.e. always use the pitcher's chart) and 0 fielding at every position. You can also substitute emergency fielders into your lineup during a game (for instance, if you replaced your only shortstop with a pinch hitter and need a new shortstop).

It is. Each block of 4 managers will draft a total of 80 players for their teams, so the block gets 88 players to auction. (88 comes from one draft pack of 15 cards and one booster pack of 7 cards for each manager.)

Forgot to mention: If there aren't enough starting pitchers to fill your rotation, the empty slots get filled with copies of your lowest-valued starter.

When pitchers hit they never get the advantage, so you always use the enemy pitcher's chart. All pitchers are speed 8.
When you create your team, you choose whether it is an American League team (AL) or a National League team (NL). If a game's home team is AL, then both teams may use a Designated Hitter for that game. If a game's home team is NL, then both teams' pitchers must hit in that game.

Configuring your Starting Lineup
Look through your team. Select one player for each field position (C, 1B, 2B, SS, 3B, LF, CF, RF).
For an AL lineup, add a ninth hitter who will not field (the Designated Hitter). For an NL lineup, the remaining slot will be filled by your pitcher.
Arrange your lineup however you like. Most people seem to recommended to put your better hitters first and your pitcher (if NL) last.

Stealing requires a strategy card that allows it, so if we're not using strategy cards I don't think we can steal.

Let's get started so people aren't left hanging. The basics are pretty simple, and I can answer any questions people have.
Since 6 managers doesn't split into blocks of 4, we'll have to do either two blocks of 3 or one block of 6 for the draft. I'd recommend two blocks of 3 so it doesn't take as long.

I thought I said this earlier, but a MLB Showdown roster is 9 hitters which can cover all fielding positions (even if your team is NL, the home team might be AL); 4 starters; and 7 other hitters/relievers/closers (there is no difference between relievers and closers).

The players to be auctioned should be selected by the managers in turn; for instance, Aronis selects a player, then I select a player, then D3f3nd3r selects a player. That way the players decide who is worth an early competitive bid and who gets left out undrafted.
