...Is reset an option? Because it looks like the bandit is going to just attack and kill Erika on enemy turn, and there may be nothing Seth can do about it. Though I almost completely forgot about Rescue due to Pair Up in Awakening/Fates, and I don't exactly remember how it works.
If possible, move Seth one down and three right, unequip all weapons and rescue Erika.
Otherwise assume the bandit is going to miss, move Seth one down and five right. Unequip all weapons and end turn.
Note that I haven't played Sacred Stones specifically, but I'm assuming that Seth is a Jagen and shouldn't be getting any kills. Also, I'm not 100% sure about the mechanics, so ignore me if I say something stupid.Never be sorry for your little time.

Erika right three, wait.
If the bandits get three hits in a row, Erika still dies, but that is a 6.4% chance, instead of a 16% chance of two hits in a row. Though this way also gives the option of Erika getting hit, killing the first with a crit, and then getting hit again by the second one, but that should be an even smaller chance.

Okay, maybe I shouldn't have written off Erika dying because she got a crit. Well I guess it worked out?

Would it be a bad idea to give Erika his Steel Sword to conserve on Rapiers, or is she sword rank E? Also, the earliest game I've played was PoR, so I don't know the weight/effective speed calculations here, though I think I heard somewhere that it has something to do with Con? I should probably be just looking this stuff up, but I don't think it actually matters all that much right now.Never be sorry for your little time.

I did end up looking it up after all, and it's the same as FE9-11 except with Con instead of Str. (Speed - (Weight - Con) if Weight>Con.)
Erika attack if the boss can't kill her in two hits, wait if he can.
EDIT: Nevermind, I apparently didn't see the equipment link in boss data somehow. The boss can possibly do 11 damage, so Erika should just wait.

I'd send Seth there instead, but the bandit should still be able to reach her, and more avoid is never a bad thing. That is, unless this is one of the maps where the bandit destroys the other village instead. Whatever, it looks like the houses don't actually give anything this map anyway. Definitely keep selecting, the terrain is still easy enough to see anyway. For the time being, it would probably almost always be better to select Seth in particular, because his movement is so high. From this position he should cover almost the entire map.Never be sorry for your little time.

If I were playing solo, I'd probably go for the third option. Not making a move now though, because I could be missing something, and this turn looks dangerous if anything is out of place. Also I'm not sure whether end of turn bypasses the 12 hour rule.Never be sorry for your little time.

Unless someone else moves Erika first, my next move will be sending her towards the boss. I think she should be able to do 10*2 damage at ~79 accuracy to the boss's 11. If she waits until enemy phase to attack, she could just run back to the fort or use a vulnerary. Franz wouldn't fight the boss well even if he had full HP.Never be sorry for your little time.

Ross: Take Red Gem from Eirika
If it's safe, I'm having him go to the store next turn. I don't know how scarce weapon uses are this game, but because of that I'd rather buy more than is necessary. Posting this now in case I'm buying too much or too little.
Shopping list: (Irons and Slims)
Iron Sword for Eirika - Not the Rapier
Iron Lance for Vanessa - Three less speed, and five less hit and crit, but 3 more might and 45 uses. Even if she doesn't use it, someone else probably will.
Iron Lance for Seth - Economical, and I don't like him having no weapons. Can you unequip weapons while still holding them in this game?
Iron Sword - No particular reason, but more swords is never a bad thing. Ross might have to sell his Vulnerary to have space for this though, but my guess is that it would be worth it.
Not getting axes, because without using Ross, his Hatchet should be enough for filler if any is necessary. Not getting slims because they're a higher cost for 33% less uses. Especially swords because no one even needs the reduced weight. Vanessa already has a Slim Lance, and Slim Axes don't exist.Never be sorry for your little time.

I got really confused at some point and thought that Moulder was unprotected. I explicitly avoided doing anything around there before, and I probably would have screwed something up if I hadn't. Though I still managed to screw up anyway and completely forgot to give Eirika another sword before ferrying Ross back to Garcia to recruit him.

What did you think was going to happen? With Franz and Seth in those positions, they were the only two he could reach, he would have only done like 7/21 damage to Franz if he had hit. The AI is too stupid to not attack a knight who is in range when it could be going after a healer who is not quite in range, and there's only so much a non-boss can do, especially since the actual boss is fairly weak himself.
How much damage (I don't need any of the other stats) would Garcia (Iron Axe), Ross (Hatchet from range 2), and Franz (Iron Sword) do to the non-boss? Don't bother with the screenshots, unless somehow those are easier than just posting numbers.Never be sorry for your little time.

I apparently missed that Ross has range 4 instead of 5. Well oops.
Erika with Iron vs. Boss: 5 str+5 mt+1 triangle bonus-4 def*double hit=14 damage. I could be screwing something up, but if Garcia manages to kill the non-boss, and Franz gets out of her way, then Eirikashouldbe able to kill the boss, though it would be really bad if she didn't due to a miss or because I calculated wrong. I was hoping Ross+Franz could kill the non-boss instead, but apparently I'm an idiot.

Somehow I missed that there were map shops in this game. Is this the Ide Armoury? If so, that's irons, slims, Steel Axe, Hand Axe, Javelin.
Franz and/or Gilliam could use a Javelin (400G, noting that there's one in a chest on the next map), I think everyone else is good in terms of new items though. Are there any weapons aside from the Hand Axe or the Rapier that are under 20 uses?
Also, Eirika could use Seth's Steel Sword, though I don't remember who has it now. Ross should convoy the things he has that he can't equip, same for Seth's Silver Lance since no one else can use it. Speaking of Seth, is unequipping weapons not an option in this game? Either way, I still think he should have something in case of emergency. I have quite a few questions.
I kind of meant give Franz the extra iron sword that Ross had, not the one Eirika had equipped. Can Eirika access the convoy at any time?
Are those breakable walls, and if so how much HP do they have? Can the bandits destroy them in one hit?
It looks like this map we get a chance to recruit Neimi and Colm. I'm guessing Neimi is the archer northwest of Eirika, but it says Colm starts as an NPC. Is he just not on the map yet?
I think at least in Radiant Dawn fliers get a movement penalty on indoor maps. Is that the case here?Never be sorry for your little time.
