So when I first joined the site, I started posting in the Riddles thread with some Abstract Thinking Puzzles. I figured it's been long enough that I should start these up again, and they're not really that time consuming. So here are the rules:
1) Everything I say in Bolded Red is the Certain Truth.
2) As the Witch of Certainty(your host) I will post answers to your questions exclusively in the Red.
3) As my opponents, you will use
to ask questions. You may discuss the problem with your fellow posters outside of the Blue, but I am not obligated to comment on anything not said in the Blue.
4) The Blue is reserved for Yes or No questions at this Tea Party. Its job is to make suppositions "i.e: Was the man poisoned?" If the answer to your question requires more than a Yes or No answer, I will clarify further in the Red.
5) While you are collaborating to get closer to the truth, only 1 person can win each puzzle. Each puzzle, you will be permitted to use
once to make a final supposition of the full answer. I will be lenient and harsh at the same time with this. While I do not require every small detail of the crime, major details all must be included. So that is how I will be lenient. On the other hand, all things said in Purple MUST BE TRUTHFUL, or the entire supposition will be struck down with no specific regard as to what was wrong with it. As such, be careful when embellishing.
6) The game is for fun, and the puzzles are meant to be weird, frustrating and make very little sense. Use that weird part of your brain to try and figure these out~.
7) Normally I would give a number of questions limiting you all so that I have a win condition, but this is just a Tea Party for fun, so I will be keeping point tally. Still, just because I'm not limiting questions don't go overboard. Try to keep yourself to 1 question per update I make.
As such, I hope people are interested. The thread will be updated whenever I feel like looking at it, and have a free 10 minutes to spare. That being said:
Two people walk into a room, and one of them immediately realizes he is about to die. How?
Yes my Lord, but questions are dangerous, for they have answers.
