on espn or yahoo or wherever I read it at and a whole ton of folks made a "blunt" joke. It was p annoying.Of all tyrannies,a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

I've got him budgeted in at $50. Should I raise that to make sure I get him?-------------------------------------

OK, just finished my work draft. Ours is a little different. Starting roster is 1 QB, 1 RB, 2 WR, 2 Flex (WR/RB), 1 TE, 1 K, 1 Def. Our tight ends are much more valuable because we get 2 pts per reception. Also, we get points for return yardage (1 per 10). We have a 15 man roster but we only draft 13. The other 2 are first-come-first-serve off waivers. This is my team (minus the two I will pick up tomorrow off waivers).
QB - Ben Roethlisberger ($7)
RB - Adrian Peterson ($40)
RB - Pierre Thomas ($6)
RB - Ray Rice ($6)
RB - Bernard Pierce ($2)
RB - Jeremy Hill ($2)
WR - A.J. Green ($40)
WR - Jordy Nelson ($33)
WR- Victor Cruz ($21)
WR - Torrey Smith ($13)
TE - Rob Gronkowski ($26)
TE - Charles Clay ($2)
K - TBD
D - Arizon Cardinals ($2)
Bench - TBD
I'd love opinions. I like my RBs because I only have to play one but I have the potential to play at least 2. I also like my WRs (especially the first 3). TE is a risk but I feel like I have a decent backup. QB SUCKS and I am already trying to figure out trades. I may have a Russell Wilson for Pierre Thomas. I didn't really want Thomas but I got caught bidding him up. :/-------------------------------------

What QB's are left?
40 for Peterson seems low.
Speaking of QB's. I am sore that no one wanted Cutler and then as soon as I dropped him Bert snatched him up.Of all tyrannies,a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. Yeah that was a steal but our prices are a little lower simply because we only need one RB. The reason I got stuck with Roethlisburger is because people were paying 15-20 for their BACKUP QBs. The only QBs left are Tannehill, Alex Smith, EJ Manuel, Jake Locker, Geno Smith, Matt Schaub, Matt Cassel, and Chad Henne. I may pick up Tannehill just to have another option. Manziel might be an option later if I am desperate but I am an Alabama fan so it makes my skin crawl to think about picking up that Ass-hat.-------------------------------------

Rod Streater has amazing potential and has been Oakland's most consistant WR the last couple of years.
Moore occasionally can break out with a huge game.
James Jones put up decent fantasy numbers competing for catches in Green Bay with Nelson, Cobb, and Finley.
Greg Little is their #4 or 5 guy and was borderline ownable in fantasy with Cleveland. Brandon Weeden threw to him.
Andre Holmes is a bit of an unknown, but he has upside for a 4 or 5 guy in Oakland
Jones-Drew, McFadden, and Reece should be able to help keep the offense on the field.
Oh and look at Carr's numbers against Seattle last week.KMD is the coolest dude who ever lost a bet to me - vonflare- pickemgenius

Woo tomorrow it begins! best of luck to you all.
It looked kind of crowded in OAK with the receivers, so I have no idea which one is supposed to be the drafted one.

I had Flacco as my QB. Desperate times called for Flacco!
Oh Nero I really like Locke's team, I'm glad he's not in our division! We of the Collective are of one mind.
There is no Bert. There is no Gaiden.

Apparently the rumors have swirled online since Tuesday, but I didn't find out until Friday. Total lotto ticket stash that is really unlikely to work out IMO, but my team needs all the potential help it can get! I just haven't been paying attention to anything fantasy other than roto and h2h baseball leagues since season's almost over...
he wasn't taken on Friday morning waivers, so I thought about a bid up to 10$ for a guy who may never play...- Nero Cain
