I will be placing the dead pokemon in a storage box.
Dupes Clause is in effect - I will NOT be able to catch 2 pokemon from the same evolutionary line
Shiny Clause is in effect - I may catch every shiny I come across, but I may not use it.
Level Limit is in effect - If a pokemon is more than 2 levels above the next gym leader's maximum level, I must box it until the gym has been beaten or I cannot unbox anything else
For reference, the level limits are 15, 20, 26, 32, 35, 41, 50, 53, and 61.
SCUMLOCKE RULES
The pokemon chosen for me on each route is chosen by the MafiaScum public on a voting system. The poll will last for 24 hours on weekdays or 48 hours between Friday - Sunday Eastern Time.
I dislike Snivy because he struggles earlygame. Two of the first three gyms are super effective against him, and the third is hard for Snivy to do anything with. He does well vs. two gyms, but the first of those isn't that great to deal with. Snivy becomes a very fast and hard hitting threat come late, which an be nice, however.

Special Attack - 45
Special Defense - 45

Opinion:
My personal favourite (I love fire types!), but not the best pokemon in this venture, in my opinion. He has problems with 3 gyms, and is good against one gym, two if I really abuse level caps early. Tepi eventually becomes slow and tanky and I really enjoy the different playatyle fromte other fire/fightings of previous generations.

Opinion:
Oshawott is what I believe to be the best starter of the bunch in Black 2. Oshawott has issues with 2 gyms, 3 if you count the water type gym, and does well against 1 gym. Oshawott becomes a mix of Snivy's damage and Tepig's tank, and it can be fantastic.

Patrat is... ok? His playstyle is a bit different. You use your status moves to control the enemy Pokemon and slowly whittle away at someone's health. It's not great, and you're too fragile to take hits.

Opinion:
You want a fast, hard hitting Pokemon early? This can be your choice. My only problem with Purrloin is YOU DON'T GET A STAB MOVE UNTIL AROUND LEVEL 15. However, after that, it can really start to pay off in spades. Not having a stab move super early can make your life hard, which really sucks. Aside from that, having dark-type STAB moves would be super useful nice at the elite four.

This is really my only flying type Pokemon that's available for a while. Aside from that, I can't say much. It's a standard normal/flying type pokemon at the beginning of the game.

Opinion:
While Sewaddle isn't great (as a first stage pokemon that's grass/bug? No.), Leavanny is GREAT from experience and alwauys comes up huge, but has one huge weakness. Well, more like 6. Bug/Grass is weak to 6 different types, and this line is VERY fragile.

Lillipup, for what it's worth, is a very good early game pokemon. Pretty decent stats for what it does, and has a good movepool. Being normal type sucks a bit, but oh well.

Base Stats
HP - 50
Attack - 20
Defense - 40
Special Attack - 20
Special Defense - 40
Speed - 20
Opinion:
Azurill, as a pokemon, is bad at best. A normal type baby pokemon with low base attacking stats and no STAB moves to work with. However, it becomes much better with Marill and Azumarill. It gets better stats and eventually becomes a pretty decent wall (and can also have some great attacks with the right ability) and also switches types so it can have some STAB.

Mareep is very effective at what it does, which is being a slow POWERHOUSE of a special attacker. Its speed does not get much better, but its other stats become great.

Special Attack - 35
Special Defense - 40

Opinion:
I cant speak words about how great Riolu is. It's a baby pokemon done RIGHT. It's base stats are solid, it's movepool is decent, and it evolves into LUCARIO. Which is a BEAST. Just amazing.
I think that's the point. Also why is there a Riolu bio if it's not on the survey? Is the Pidove in the final section supposed to be that? If not, then change my vote to Azurill.
Never be sorry for your little time.
It's not when you get there, it's always the climb.
