THE COUNCIL

Seven members serve on the council. But politics are uneasy, and the council serves as a restless battleground for power. Each week, a council member will be kicked off. And each week, a new plebeian will join the ranks of the council. In the end, only one will be crowned the winner. Can you earn yourself a council seat and survive the brutal competitions that await? Or are you fated to be a plebeian?

THE FORMAT

1. Each week the seven members of the council will partake in a challenge.
2. At the completion of the challenge, one of the council members will be eliminated and demoted to a plebeian.
3. Meanwhile, the plebeians will also partake in a competition each week.
4. The winner of the plebeians competition will join the ranks of the council at the end of the round.
5. At a predestined point in the game, there will be no more plebeian challenges, and the council members will continue to be eliminated until only one remains.

THE COUNCIL CHALLENGES

Each week the council members will partake in a challenge. The challenge will be of various reality show formats (example: Survivor, Big Brother, The Mole, Gauntlet, Apprentice). The only guarantee is that at the end of each challenge one council member will be kicked off the council. But do not fear, anyone who is kicked off will join the ranks of the plebeians and can earn their chance back onto the council at any time.

THE CHALLENGE SELECTION

Viewer participation!

The challenge will be determined by the public. Each week a poll will be released allowing the public to determine the next challenge. The challenge with the most votes will be selected. With the exception of the selected challenge, all of the other challenges will have their votes carry over to the next poll. If at any time a viewer has an idea for a challenge format, he may PM Blackberry with the proposed challenge and it may find its way onto the poll!

THE PLEBEIANS

You can join at any time!

Each week there will be a plebeian competition. The winner will join the ranks of the Council in the following round. You do not need to identify yourself in public if you are competing in a plebeian competition.

CONFESSIONALS

Each round, the council members are encouraged to send private confessionals to Blackberry. These will not be shared with anyone until the finale (see below).

THE END GAME

At a predestined point in the game it will be announced that the finale is approaching. One last plebian challenge will be permitted, after which no more members will join the council. Members will continue to be kicked off the council until only two remain.

The finalists will not only be to able to defend why they should win the game, but their confessionals will be released and their stories told. Anyone that has competed in a plebian challenge or has been on the council will be permitted to vote. The number of competitions one has competed in (both plebeian and council) will play a factor in determining how many votes each player will receive. The player with the most votes at the end of the game will be crowned the winner of the Council.[/font]

Survivor

– A challenge will take place. The winner will receive Immunity who is safe from being eliminated. The seven players will then vote in private for one player to be eliminated.

Big Brother

– A challenge will take place. The winner will become Head of Household and nominate two players for eviction. A second challenge will take place that will determine a Veto winner. The veto winner has the option of saving one of the nominees. If a nominee is saved, the Head of Household must rename a nominee. The players will then vote one of the two nominees out of the game, with the Head of Household voting in the event of a tie.

The Mole

– One player will be selected at random to be The Mole. A group challenge will take place, The Mole will secretly try to sabotage the challenge. The players will then rank their suspects after the challenge is complete. If the challenge was completed successfully and the Mole is ranked in the top 4 suspects, the Mole will be eliminated, else wise, the player that suspected The Mole the least will be eliminated. If the challenge was a failure and the Mole is ranked in the top 2 suspects, The Mole will be eliminated, else wise the player that suspected The Mole the least will be eliminated.

The Apprentice

– The players will be randomly divided into two teams. Each team will select a captain and complete in a challenge. A guest player will appear as the “Judge” of the game and will determine which team wins the challenge. The losing team’s captain must select one other player on the team to face off against. The “Judge” will then provide a second challenge in which either the losing captain or the selected losing teammate will go home.

The Gauntlet

– All players will vote for another council member to enter the gauntlet. The votes will be revealed publically and the selected player may select any other council member to face off against. The two players will face off with the loser being eliminated.

Love Games

– A challenge will take place in which three winners will be selected. They will each select a partner from one of the four losers to grant a rose to. The player without a rose will be eliminated.

THE FIRST SEVEN COUNCIL MEMBERS

The council currently consists of seven empty chairs. How lonely those chairs must be, let's fill them up!

For this first challenge, all you

plebeians

will have a chance to earn a spot into the game. Seven of you will! Since there will be many chairs to fill, we will have several competitions for you to compete in. You only need to win one to earn a spot in the game.

II. The Lottery

Is lady luck on your side?

Each player has 100 dollars to spend on special lottery tickets. You may allocate your money as you see fit. You may buy as many or as few lottery tickets as you see fit. The two individuals with the most points will earn spots on the council. There are three types of tickets you may choose from:

Dice Ticket - Cost 15 dollars. You will receive points equal to the result of 2d6.
Roulette Ticket - Cost 11 dollars. You will receive one point for each roulette ticket that

another

player purchases.
Blackjack Ticket - Cost 21 dollars. You will have a 50% chance of earning 21 points.

III. The Test

Below are two questions. The player who guesses the number closest to the correct answer for each question will earn a spot on the council.

To compete to win the joker challenge, simply send a GIF or humorous joke to Blackberry. One submission per person. Whoever Blackberry judges as the most humorous will win a spot on the council.

IMMUNITY CHALLENGE: RPS Rumble

For your first challenge of the game, you'll have to attempt to outwit everyone on The Council! You will be competing in a match of RPS against each of your opponents. But scoring isn't as simple as it seems.

1. Each Council Member has randomly been given item stats.
2. Each item (Rock, Paper, Scissors) will be given a number (1, 2, or 3).
3. If you win a match with a given item you will score points equal to the item number you selected in the match.
4. However, if you lost a match with a given item, you will lose points equal to the item number you selected in the match.
5. In the event of a tie, the player that has the lowest number of the select item will win the match. (Example, Blackberry plays ROCK 2 and mith plays ROCK 1. mith will earn 1 point and Blackberry will lose 2 points.) If both items and numbers are a match, no one will gain or lose points.
6. Each player will play every other member once, simultaneously. You may choose a different item for each opponent, and may use your items as many (all 6 match ups) or as little (not use it at all) as you'd like. You will submit to me all six decisions in one PM.
7. The player that scores the most points will win Immunity and be safe from the vote! In the event of a tie, the tied players will face off to determine the winner.

Here's the new team. What new adventures await The Council of The Silver… wait, what? As winner of the last challenge, Tatsuya Kaname was able to both rename the Council as well as add anything to their Council Avatar (in this case, Tatsuya asked for a round shield).

Once again, the challenges selected ultimately came down to a difference of

vote! And I must admit, I am a bit surprised at the selection! But let's get to it!

So let's take a quick recap of the rules:

1. You will compete in a challenge, three winners will be determined.
2 Each winner will select one of the losing Council Members to grant a rose to and save.
3. The top winner will determine the order in which the winning members get to select their partner.
4. The Council Member who ends up without a partner will be eliminated from The Council.

Rules of The Game

For this challenge, your objective is to score the most points as well as survive until the end of the challenge. One big factor of this challenge is trying to decipher what the actual rules are of the challenge. Some of the rules are listed below in coded messages, each of you will be granted a rule that you and only you are aware of. Whether you choose to share this rule or keep it to yourself is completely up to you. It is highly advised to communicate with the others in private to get a better understanding of the rules!

I will give you a big tip, the only way to win or lose points is by you (or someone else) posting publicly in the thread. Inaction is ill-advised. If at any point in the game 4 of the players are eliminated then the other 3 will be declared the winners, but they will still compete for top winner. If by deadline more than 3 players remain, then the 3 players with the most points will be declared the winners. Good luck!

Also note, any player that is eliminated from the challenge will be announced publicly. Eliminated players may no longer talk in thread or in private with one another until the conclusion of this challenge.
