(I asked mod this last round, although I thought the rules said otherwise). Keep this in mind when playing the game to avoid making any obnoxious comments even if we do accuse someone. I propose if we all agree that we change this rule, as I don't know if allowing the spy to do that will go against the intention of the game or not.

Also - question to mod - since there are now two spies, if a TOWN gets accused, do ALL the town need to agree to it, or just 7 people total (i.e., 2 spies + 5 town)?

You'll need 7 votes during question phase AND voting stage. (Votes still need to be unanimous during voting stage).

that way, then I'd like to propose we change it for round three and onwards, so that, during the questions stage, the person currently being accused cannot guess the location unless their accusation is rejected (by enough people).

Otherwise, there is no downside for a spy that's about to get lynched

At least to me, the whole point of guessing the location is a question of risk vs reward:

• you can keep answering questions, and then even if you were wrong, no one might notice,
  
• or you can take a guess, and win big points if you're right, but immediately lose if you're not.

I'm running mostly by the rules left in the last game; However there are enough locations that if at any time a Spy is correct they should win the game. That's part of the point; Town should be hiding the location from the spies.

By this thought, I'd like to (at least for this round) say that /yes/, the spy can guess at any time they are not part of one of the question threads (since it wasn't explicitly stated in the rules that they couldn't), however I will consider a change to this for next round.
