Everyone will have 3 points, and it will take 50%+1 of those points, rounded down if need be, to elect someone. This needs to be done within
5 days
from when I start the next round, and any points given between last round's exit and my update will
count.If you want to give someone points, post who gets them, preferably in bold, though you don't have to. They do need to be on a separate line per player,
or they won't count.
If a round lasts at least half a day and you have points left, you will incur a strike. 3 strikes, and you're out.
The round will end in 3 ways. They are explained below:
1) When someone, at anytime, holds onto a majority of points.
2) When time expires.
3) When everyone has no more points to give
The elected player has
2 days
to eliminate someone. If they do not eliminate someone within the time limit, they incur a strike and a prod, and is given 24 more hours. If they do not eliminate someone after the 24 hours, I will eliminate them myself.The elected player also has to include flavor in someone's elimination from the game. It doesn't have to be long, nor does it have to make sense. You don't even need to kill them off. If they do not include flavor, they will incur a strike-and-a-half, and is given until the end of the next round to insert flavor. If it's still not done, they incur another strike-and-a-half, and is eliminated from the game.
If there is a tie, the elected player is the one who got to the tied number first. I process points given in order of each line in each post, so there won't be a lot of tie-breaking procedures.
When there are 2 people left, everyone who has been eliminated by another player has a vote. Those who have been eliminated by strikeouts will have their vote assigned. The player who reaches the majority of the vote
is the loser.
The winner is not required to post a scene or do anything.---
