Everyone can take one trait of their choice from the SRD, except no campaign traits. Everyone may choose as their second one of the following, which will be considered a campaign trait even if it is in a trait category you already selected from.

- you get your stuff from contacts in the Dockside district of Great Rock
Armor Master
- you held an apprenticeship at Great Rock's local forge
Blooded
(Dwarf Only!) - you have a long history of fighting Varisia's native goblin tribes
Freedom Fighter
- you trained under a master-at-arms that once saved half of coastal Varisia from a slaver menace
Freed Slave
- your Chelaxian masters freed you after settling in Great Rock
True Believer
(Desna Follower Only!) - you were an orphan left at the temple door
Adventurer for Hire
- you were hired in the city of Absalom for a mission in coastal Varisia
Resilient
(Monk Only!) - you endured long and difficult training under the tutelage of a foreign master
