1000 Blank White Cards: Game 2
A sequel to the previous 1000 Blank White Cards game, it's still a game about writing rules on cards and probably winning at some point. The game is co-modded by Cheery Dog.
And now, it's time for a shameless copy-and-paste of the first iteration's rules:
Basic rules:
- At the start of the game, you are given 5 cards to write; they'll then be shuffled with the main deck, from which you'll then get your starting hand of 5 cards.
- On each turn, you're given a card from the deck; you can then write a card and play one if you want (and if you can).
- If the deck is out of cards, you get a blank card by default instead.
- Each round will finish when everyone has played a card, or by default after 72 hours.
- Anything written on a played card takes precedence over any of the rules, except if the rule is bolded.
- If you leave the game, your hand goes back to the draw pile.
- A player automatically leaves the game if he did not participate for 2 full turns, unless one of those turns ended early for card-related reasons.
About card creation:
- A card can be written from any blank card, and must contain a title and a rule; if possible, you should also add a picture and/or flavor text.
- A card is not officially written until a copy of it is sent to me and/or Cheery Dog via PM.
Ending the game:
- A card's rule may include a win condition. To win the game, a player must fulfill a win condition from any card, and keep it in effect until the end of the next round. If he succeeds in doing so, he wins the game. This is the only way to win a game.
- There may be multiple winners to a game.
- At the end of the game, all the cards in play are put in the deck and blank cards are added to get an equal mix in order to create the next game's starting deck. This does not included cards that were somehow destroyed.
- No card can remain in play after the end of the game.
The deck will contain, in addition to pregame cards, all the cards that were created last game: you can go take a look at them in this post, for inspiration, and just so you're aware that if your hand consists of just blank and Suckaaaa cards, it's perfectly normal.
