We are not now, nor are we ever, nor were we ever planning to release full decklists.

You can feel free to agree to exchange decklists with your opp if you want, but that is an agreement between two individuals and is not related to the tournament.

people can definitely post their deck lists if they want. It's just there is no tournament requirement that they do so!
