Greetings, Pokémon. I bear a message to all seeking adventure and glory. You may now apply to join a select group of twenty-four competitors for a Survivor game of fantastic design. This opportunity, following in the tradition of Seafoam Islands and Sky Pillar, will take place on Hoenn’s elusive Mirage Island! If you wish to participate, you must apply for a coveted Eon Ticket immediately.
{GENERAL RULES}
{01}
This is a game. The main objective is to have fun; so no excessive flaming, spamming, or submission of anything else prohibited within the MS forums.
{02}
This is a game. The secondary objective is to dominate.
{03}
We are not infallible, so if any of us make a mistake, please point it out to us privately so that we may make corrections as necessary.
{04}
We have worked extensively to produce a game that is enjoyed by all involved. As such, we promise to offer each player respect but expect to be shown the same in return.
{05}
Do not modify avatars. The moderating team has spent a great deal of time creating these images and would much rather concentrate on maintaining a smooth game as opposed to making unnecessary revisions.
{06}
Exercise common sense. If you are unsure as to whether an action conflicts with the rules, ask. Yes, this is a competition, but do not attempt to undermine challenges or game mechanics for your own gain. This violates both the spirit of the game and common respect mentioned above.
{07}
Private communication with players outside of your tribe is strictly prohibited. Any player found in violation of this rule will be penalized.
{08}
The moderating team asks that players refrain from logging in anonymously. This is to help emulate the Survivor experience.
{09}
Any and all posting about this game outside the provided forums is illegal unless SPECIFICALLY STATED. Violators will be penalized, as it is threatens the integrity of an anonymous game.
{10}
We reserve all rights to implement new rules if needed.
{GAME MECHANICS}
{01}
Survivor: Eon
is
ANONYMOUS
. All participants are strictly prohibited from so much as hinting to their own identities or implying another player's mafiascum identity. Communication outside the private message system is also forbidden unless otherwise stated. Failure to follow this rule can result in a variety of consequences ranging from a terse warning to one's elimination from the game. The moderating team reserves the right to determine the severity of possible infractions.
Reward Challenges:
{02}
Mirage Island is home to a myriad of hidden treasures and rewards, all of which the mods have graciously collected. Throughout the game, Reward Challenges have been designed so that players can reap the benefits of victory, gaining powers and items to prolong their stay in the game.
{03}
Each reward challenge will have an established time frame that ranges between twenty-four and forty-eight hours. Failure to submit in the specified time will result in a player's or tribe's elimination from the challenge.
{04}
The outcomes of all Reward Challenges are final. That said, be sure to keep Rule 03 of General Rules in mind.
Immunity Challenges:
{05}
A Survivor game is nothing without its standard immunity challenges. While there are a limited number of Reward Challenges throughout the game, each round will possess an Immunity Challenge.
{06}
Winners of Immunity Challenges will be safe from elimination that round and cannot be voted out in Tribal Councils.
{07}
We appreciate the fact that prospective contestants will enter this game with a range of skills. With this in mind, understand that we as mods cannot cater to all players' needs and time constraints in challenges.
{08}
The outcomes of all Immunity Challenges are final. That said, be sure to keep Rule 03 of General Rules in mind.
Tribal Council:
{09}
Tribal Councils will last twenty-four hours from the moment we notify relevant parties. If a player fails to submit a vote within the given time frame, he or she will incur a self-vote penalty. In the event that a player knows he or she will be unable to vote by deadline, that player may notify the moderators and cast a conditional vote to avoid penalization.
{10}
The results of Tribal Councils may be posted before deadline if and only if all persons involved have submitted a vote.
{11}
The modification of votes after they have been submitted is prohibited. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a self-vote or nullification of one's vote. Repeated offenses will be dealt with as deemed appropriate. The only exception to this rule are conditional votes mentioned above.
{12}
The outcomes of Tribal Councils are final.
{13}
Questions concerning ties in Tribal Council may be found below:
Spoiler: Breaking Ties
{I}
In the event of an initial tie, a revote shall take place. Contestants may only vote for one of the tied players, and all tied individuals may not vote.
{II}
If a majority is not met in the revote, the following methods {in the given order} will be implemented to determine which player is eliminated:
01. If the above does not apply and if the game has not yet reached the Final 6, all players not locked in the tie or immune will draw rocks. The player who receives a black rock will be eliminated.
02. If the above does not apply and if the game has reached the Final 6, a tie-breaker challenge will take place between tied parties. This will be explained in greater detail should a tie occur at this stage in the game.
Twists:
{14}
Twists will be implemented without warning or provocation throughout the game. The time and setting of each twist has already been
determined, so as to neither give an unfair advantage or disadvantage to a player or group of players.

has officially started. If you missed the application process and would still like to participate in the game, feel free to contact the moderating team via this account {Mewtwo} to receive access as a Spectator.
Last night, twenty-four Pokémon received a coveted Eon Ticket and, with it, an invitation to embark upon the adventure of a lifetime. The skies were clear and the seas were calm as our cast of competitors bid goodbye to their respective regions and converged on Hoenn's Mirage Island. As the contestants took their first steps toward the title of Sole Survivor, they found themselves divided into four tribes. Which teams will prove victorious? Who will win it all? Only time will tell.
{Lunik}
|[/b] Chimchar, Deerling, Froakie, Litwick, Mawile, and Omanyte.
{Renbow}
|[/b] Bellsprout, Fennekin, Pichu, Squirtle, Skunky, and Unown.
{Solana}
|[/b] Gastly, Machop, Ralts, Shuppet, Spheal, and Zorua.
{Vien}
|[/b] Finneon, Oshawott, Snorunt, Trapinch, Turtwig, and Tyrunt.
As the 24 intrepid explorers made their way into their respective tribes, Toxicroak, the winner of
Sky Pillar
, came bearing gifts. However, one should never trust gifts from poison types - as these gifts were different types of poisons. Everyone selected a serum and attempted to use it, but in the end, Vien was the tribe with the least players left standing.
Soon, Mirage Island will claim its first casualty.

entered Tribal Council for the first time, and a dreaded silence fell over their camp. As they cast their votes, they knew that the game had truly begun. When the results were read, it quickly became apparent to
{Trapinch}
that their fate had been sealed.
Twenty-three remain.

soldiered on, determined to make a better standing for themselves. They entered the next challenge spirits high, to find out that Wally needed help searching for the rare stone
{Galladite}
. Search as they may, the Cloisters kept chewing them up and spitting them out, and they found themselves at the second Tribal Council.
Who will be eliminated this time?

The competitive spirits of the team did not flicker a bit, as
{Vien}
started up their second Tribal Council. This vote promised to be more interesting than the one beforehand, as it was clear that Trapinch's elimination meant more to the Pokemon than they showed. As the votes were read however,
The four tribes entered the third challenge to see Chansey, the winner of
Seafoam Islands
. As they stepped inside the Pokemon Center, they saw a bunch of egg launchers, which were just begging to be used. So each tribe picked 3 representatives to hurt eggs at the enemy Pokemon. Before the challenge started, however, a twist was announced at that very moment - only two tribes would walk home with Tribal Immunity. As the challenge began, alliances were formed -
{Solana}
and
{Renbow}
vs.
{Lunik}
and
{Vien}
. Solana took a large beating early on and never recovered, leaving Renbow out to dry. After Vien won immunity, they shared it with their allies in the challenge, sending Solana and Renbow packing.
Two players will be eliminated. Who will it be?
{Solana}
|[/b] Gastly, Machop, Ralts, Shuppet, Spheal, and Zorua.
{Renbow}
|[/b] Bellsprout, Fennekin, Pichu, Squirtle, Skunky, and Unown.

was now the only tribe to have all of its original team members left - what would this mean for the groups? With those thoughts in mind, the Councils began.
{Gastly}
and
{Bellsprout}
were voted out hastily.
Twenty remain.

The tribes arrived back at camp not a moment too soon - the next challenge was about to begin, and it started off with the Fortree Flyers making a dropoff. The tribes rushed to gather the much needed EXP but in the end,
{Solana}
only picked up
{28}
EXP, and was sent right back to Council.

. Being back at council showed to be tiring, especially when you don't get much of a chance to do anything in between then and now - but vote they must so vote they did, and when the votes were read, it was
Following Ralts' elimination, Mirage Island played host to an unexpected — and unwelcome — visitor: Ghetsis, of Team Plasma infamy. The villainous sage announced that
{Lunik}
,
{Renbow}
,
{Solana}
, and
{Vien}
were no more, and from the wreckage of the original Tribal Alcoves would emerge three new tribes. Before that could happen, however, Ghetsis forced the contestants to denounce former tribemates as rivals, condemning them to another tribe. Eighteen players would find a home under new banners, while one contestant would spend the entirety of {Round 05} in exile. The tribe shuffle resulted in the following teams:
{Falder} |
Mawile, Omanyte, Oshawott, Shuppet, Spheal, and Stunky.
{Laiun} |
Finneon, Froakie, Litwick, Machop, Snorunt, and Unown.
{Nixtorm} |
Chimchar, Deerling, Fennekin, Pichu, Tyrunt, and Zorua.
{Squirtle}
was promptly escorted to Exile. The Pokémon will join the losing team after Tribal Council 06.
After the tribes got a chance to know each other, the next challenge began. Professor Birch asked for the tribes' help to find a missing Ditto. In order to do that, they needed to activate the beacons. With a time of
No time to rest - the next challenge was a hand! This time, it was N's turn to make an appearance. He told the tribes that Ghetsis was going to make another appearance, and told them to help him make a barrier. In order to further the game, however, tribes earned points whenever a tile was near another tile of their own. With
As Tribal Council started, the wind blowed. Something was amiss, but the Pokemon couldn't find out why - the voes were about to be read. By the time the Council was finished,
appeared. Everyone knew trouble was afoot, but no one would dare guess. In the end,
{Ghetsis}
appeared again, barrier defeated, making an attempt to banish the Pokemon for good - but the Eeveelutions had one more trick up ready - the Champion,
{Steven Stone}
, Elite Four Members, and Gym Leaders.
But that was not all - one Pokemon from each tribe would be eliminated this round due to Ghetsis' attacks. While they all launched a counter-attack, the players ran to Sanctuary for Shelter. In the end.
{Machoke}
,
{Pikachu}
, and
{Omanyte}
were the fastest members of their tribes to Sanctuary, so they earned Individual Immunity.
Thank you guys SO MUCH. I enjoyed every last second of this game. I've already said everything that needs to be said re: Eon, but I wanted to let everyone know that, xof permitting, Survivor: LoL will be going up ASAP and will be having signups for about a week if we don't overflow with people.
Topping Eon is going to be impossible, but I'll try as hard as I possibly can.
