For those who never played diplomacy before, the rules summarized are:
- - This game is public press only.You may only make alliances and coordinate in this topic. Assume you all have really good spies.
- You get as many armies/fleets as supply centers you own. (supply centers being the dots)
- Armies and fleets can move or hold where they are.
- They can also support the movements or holdings of neighboring countries.
- In order to overpower a place, you need more support than the opponent.
- (And Fleets can convoy armies across the sea)
- Trust no one; they could be lying to you. Be offended if the whole game goes by and no one lied to you.
- Once you are eliminated, you may no longer post outside of a "bah" or something similar. When you're dead, no one cares about you anymore. It's like in the presidential elections and a candidate who has no chance of winning starts talking. You're irrelevant so don't clog up the politics.

Game ends when one player has 18 centers, or when all remaining players want to draw the game together.
The game will be run with the help of Jdip. Each phase will be 72 hours for the first 2 years. After that it will be shortened to around 24-48 hour phases.
