Since aronis doesn't want to roll initiative I'll do it for him.

3D+1

3D

Original Roll String: 3d6+1
3 6-Sided Dice: (1, 2, 5)+1 = 9

John - Gambler 14
Aral - Senatorial 13
Dee - Historian 12
Teemai - Ewok 15
Lizard 9
Imperia 6
Mandalorian 9

So the Ewok has the first action.

You need to declare each action you want to take, like I want to "shoot at X" or "run away" or "dodge". If you think you are going to be shot at you may want to dodge and if you DODGE and SHOOT or DODGE and do something else it's -1D from all skills for each extra thing you do beyond 1. If I'm not around you may declare your actions based on the initiative order.

As far as talking we are in combat phase now due to agressive actions on the part of your enemies and any verbal discourse counts as an action as well.

Perception roll to see the enemies (their stance, aggressiveness, alertness/combat readiness, anything immediately notable, that sort of thing)
The two enemies in front are each carrying weapons and seem intent on fighting.

The imperial in the back next to Dana is carrying a weapon but seems to be reaching for something in her pocket.

Hide behind the others and ask why they want to attack us.

Which one specifically are you hiding behind? It is Aronis' action.

For convenience sake, blast imperial when it's John's turn (or lizard if imperial somehow gets killed before turn)

Blaster roll (5D+2)
Original Roll String: 5d6
5 6-Sided Dice: (5, 2, 1, 5, 5) = 18

"hold out blaster" roll (3D)
Original Roll String: 3d6
3 6-Sided Dice: (1, 6, 5) = 12

or if out of turn rolls aren't allowed, please do reroll for me when the turn comes.

My action is the same as Pvt's, but less effective:

Blaster
Original Roll String: 4d6
4 6-Sided Dice: (1, 6, 5, 1) = 13

Not sure what "hold out blaster" roll comes from, though.

think the Blaster roll is aim

"hold out blaster" is a item I have, of which I'm assuming is the weapon I'm firing with.

Hmm. I have a blaster. I don't see "aim" anywhere, and I only see blaster once.

You don't do the rolls yet we are just declaring actions, then after all parties declare actions you roll.

"Blaster" skill is used to fire a blaster. You can use one round to aim to add 1D to your roll, but it takes a round of aiming to do so.

The lizarl is firing at the senatorial and dodging, the mandalorian is firing at the gambler and dodging, and the imperial is falling dodging and trying to pull something out of her pocket.
