Jessica pulls out a gun and shoots Lindsay at point blank range before she can close the distance

Lindsay collapses in a heap on the ground, blood pooling beneath her lifeless body.

Okay I’m going to try to make it look like Lindsay grabbed me and was threatening to stab me and roughed me up and that Charles shot her before getting staked. (If need be, I can bang myself up with a statue or something.) Can I do that?
