He grabs a mop from the cupboard

HE breaks off the head of it, and shoves in the pipe, and then he starts using wrenches and tools to try seal the pipe. It looks like he broke the gas.

He then goes over to the generators, and starts trying to work them. It looks like one is broken, and one is working. He plays with a control panel, but seems about to give up. THen he pulls the water mains lever. He would have turned the water pressure RIGHT up doing that. Hopefully no one was in the bathrooms (damn, dont you wish youd watched that camera now, just in case?)

You realise you have just enough power on your camera to talk to Johannes via the speaker.

The water footprints seem to go straight to the chute so I doubt a clone would take it, meaning that it narrows it down to two, although I think it's probably the one person.

Johannes speaks to the camera

"There are two generators but only one is running. I don't have the knowledge to activate the other, but I have located a tool that appears necessary for the task and I am leaving it behind.
The stairs to the basement were on the east wall of the eatery, but I believe most everyone overlooked them. There were elevators also, non-functional.
The only thing I'm looking for is information. My short-term goals are to unlock the bank, which I think I've managed, and to find computer access. Identifying someone with the aptitude to turn on the other generator would also I believe be a good step."

"I am not sure that is me, however it appears we both need power. If I make any headway in that regard I'll be sure to contact you. Can you tell me about the tool and why you don't think you have the aptitude? I am trying to work out if I do."

“The controls are simply too numerous. I wouldn’t know where to begin. even comparing it to the working generator is no help. The tool is a simple spanner – sorry, crescent wrench — and it does appear there are some items on the control panel that seem to require it.”

“I think though that it may be my turn to ask a question. You seem to want to hold your identity to yourself for now, but can you at least tell me how you’ve accessed the security? Are there any computers there?”

"Sorry for the anonymity, I dont know if I can trust you. I wanted to make sure I could leave easily and see if I could by going outside. There was a security podium but all it contained was a torch and a screen where I could see various parts of the mall by a press of the button. If it does anything else, I havent been able to work it out. Unfortunately I only have enough power to check the basement. Honestly, I chose that over the others, (some of the shops) because it seemed most interesting."
