There is a closed security door on the north wall, and the main counters on the West side of the room.

You cannot access the ATMs from in here, as they are out in the eatery

"Would you mind picking me up some pen and paper from that cupboard, if that's acceptable? I couldn't find any appropriate paper to use in the bookstore. Sir Leo tried to offer me some toilet paper to write on, of all things, but I like to think that in all of this mess I'm not quite that desperate yet."

I presume it's just glass with those little tunnels for cash.

Look at the counter to see whether there are any ways through, post this in thread (because I think anyone can look trivially)

People head to the office spaces, searching.

The counter has plastic or glass protection across it to stop would be burglars, but it doesnt look super-strong. You might be able to break it, with help or tools. However there does appear to be a door on the north wall. Staff must access through that. Its behind the counter.

Please clarify: is the door in the north wall accessible from this side of the counter?

There are two doors. One is shown on the map. This one is on the east side of the counter. It is locked.
The other door is behind the counter. You will need to either open that one from the otherside, or do something about the barrier-glass on this side.

Surely that should be bullet proof? You should have had no chance of doing that. And yet, here you are....

There is a notepad on the desk. More Wireless Mice, Keyboard and laptop docking station. No laptop however.

Now that the security window is breached, you can see the area behind the counter a little clearer. Map updated

Take a Chair, use it to step onto the counter, head through the security window. Try to gently ease myself onto the floor on the other side using my cane.

Take a rest and groan.

The door on the east side of the counter is locked.

The door at the north of the counter opens to an Alleyway. There is a dead body, in uniform here. There are watery footprints on the ground, around the body, and leading to the back of the ATMs. (Eastward) The alley leads north.

The door at the west opens to reveal the bank vault. It's locked.
