The Curse of Rata Mall - Secret Lab

You arrive in the secret lab via the Laundry Chute, after finding someone changed the pin in the freezer-entrance.

There is a mattress by the chute, and on the mattress are some clothes, a monitor.
There is a computer laptop here - welded to the desk. It can change the pin, and watch a few rooms.
Theres is a machine on the south wall, labelled Time Machine - But its not functioning.
There are 4 cloning vats, one of which is smashed, with water leading to the laundry chute.
There is a Portal system in the North East, and its also not operating.
There is a generator hooked to the cloning vats.

ON the floor, next to the secret entrance are two bodies: Pooky (Casey) and BattleMage (Terry). Terry appears to still have a pulse, but isnt breathing*
Pooky was carrying his Gun and his Geiger Counter. Both are salvagable (Which I believe you already grabbed)

is Xavier Lynch: Male, Early 20s Short, bookish, well groomed, Red Puffer Jacket, skinny. Carrying a Baseball Bat and a petrol cannister. Wet Shoes

You are aware that at least two people have been around the lab since you were last here - though it could be the same person visiting twice (or more).

You can choose a person to make into a Frankenstein when you are ready. The Frankenstein won't attack you, at least not in here. But I would advise staying out of any room you send him to (More details once you have made the Frankenstein)

* Yes, I know I said breathing in your PM. I should have said pulse, and not breathing - if I read my own notes properly

If anyone joins you in the room, a new thread will be started, and this one closed - this will protect your actions from being seen.

I want to investigate the time machine and portal system as well.

There are footprints on the time machine. Someone has been standing on it

A scene will follow for BM in a while

You load up Battle Mages body onto the table. He doesn't resist. He's clearly concious, even if not totally. But he isn't breathing, so death won't be far away.

The wires are strapped up.The switch is thrown, draining the power from the generators - they hopefully won't blow. The lights brown out. And Battle Mage sits up. A much more impressive figure than before, he hardly fits the room. He must be almost 9 foot tall. He carries a burnt looking stick.

And as he stands there he says "Brains"

While you are wondering about that, he says it again much slower, and much more meaningfully

"BraAAIAAAaaaNS"

You are apprehensive for a second, but he seems to be under your control. You tell him to stand, he stands. You tell him to kick Pooky, for the fun of it, and he kicks Pooky.

You may now choose to send Franken-Mage to any room in the mall, where he will wreak havoc. He will destroy anything that gets in his way until he is dead.

Once you have chosen which room to send, we can go back on break

If I send him to the fashion store will it be immediately? Or will they get into the lab (if they go immediately down the chute?)

I'm tempted by the cinema/office as well. But think it's best to deal with the immediate threat.

Also can I investigate why people were standing on the time machine?

Also what if he doesn't die?

The footprints lead to the wall behind the machine. You look down the gap between the wall and machine. Someones dropped something down there. Its slightly bigger than your hand, whatever it is, and its wedged in well. But you cant reach it with your hands, or move the machine.

Well, you cant have a second Frankenstein till the first ones dead, and it's very much alive right now. But once it's gone, you can have a Pooky-one.

The baseball bat is too thick, you will need something thinner. Doesnt have to be too long though, it's only just out of reach.

Pooky looks like he died the same way as Terry. Burned by the security system.

In the fashion store, you see Nexus (Cindy) and the Frankenstein. The Frankenstein has charged at Nexus, and the fight is about to begin.
