Her hands are open by her side - nothing in them - an evening clutch on the ground where she dropped it.

Her blonde hair is matted with blood - turning a shade of strawberry red - her eyes are frozen in a look of horror.

There is a single bullet wound in the center of her chest - it looks like what killed her.

As Mark is looking for a weapon among the items in the fireplace, Daryl suddenly leaps on his back smashing him with a

carving fork?

Daryl's blows come down like hammers on the defenseless Mark who can only cover his head and try to flip the young man off his back... After a number of blows strike home, Mark is knocked unconscious on the ground, blood pouring from cuts on his scalp.

Clines looks remarkably calm for a man facing almost certain death, apparently he's seen situations like this before...

With nonchalance he reaches into his jacket pocket and throws something onto the ground - a massive explosion covers the entire room in smoke - obscuring all vision.

By the time the smoke clears - the room is empty except for the prone body of the unconscious Mark on the ground. Clines has escaped..

does “next movement phase” mean when we go back to main hallway, or is it the next time we leave main hallway?

I don’t think main hallway counts as a movement phase? Do we get +1 while in the main hallway too?

you will get a combat bonus for here + main hallway. If you have one person drain it will last for twice as long.

Btw Mark currently can't see the thread - he lost access to this PT a few hours after he was attacked so he may not know who attacked him if he did not look prior to access being removed.

You have the choice of draining him for a combat bonus (this will kill him) or letting him live and pretending that Clines was the one who attacked him. In case you want to use the 2nd option I would need to create a new thread for this room - so let me know what you would prefer.

I think we drain him and pretend Clines is the vampire and attacked all of us but we managed to fend him off before he turned into a bat and escaped.
