Are you sure you're not hitting the 'reply to all recipients' link under the reply button? I've never seen this.... I'll try to check it on Chrome later today.

Huh, no, you're right, it does it in FireFox too, and it's definitely a change.

Trick'll be tracking down what happened to it in the first place. Nobody's been working on UCP stuff lately, to my knowledge.

Resolved by rolling back an unsatisfactory edit. PMs should work as expected now.
