Themes changing randomly

Hello, lately I have been having an odd issue where the site changes from the regular Mafia theme (picture of a noose and gun in the corner) to mafblack and back again at random. Is there any way to fix this (possibly by permanently setting it to mafblack or something? I like mafblack better then the normal theme).

Thank you, mafblack is my favourite scheme. I only noticed the change after my internet reset funnily enough
