Usergroup

I've noticed a usergroup of which I can't work out what it's supposed to be for. Registered COPPA usergroup. At first I thought it was for people under 13 because COPPA is the abbreviation of Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act. But then I noticed then some players who are 12, dont have that as a usergroup.

Erm...where is this? I see Capodecina and Caporegime, both of which are mod groups.

Exactly, it's not on the list. However, I you go
here, you can see everyone who is part of that usergroup. Am I seriously the only one who's seen this?

I think people are placed in that group based on what age they claim and whether they claim to be under 13 when they register.

Wait, it's probably just for people who are 12 or younger right now, not when they registered. Or I'd be there.
