Other mods have already said it and dealt with the people causing trouble, but a few new people have started.

Rule 1) Don't victimize yourself. It makes you a target for trolls. Act like it doesn't bother you and don't respond at all, you'll be left alone eventually. It also makes you look whiney. From experience, I can tell you that letting bullies walk all over you does not make them lose interest and walk away. If I'm the victim, that's how it is. I won't pretend to be anything else just to make bullies be nicer to me.
