Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe this month is March, and not May as your board seems to think...

WOW. This is fun to imagine the sequence in which the messages were posted. At least for a few more days, we'll know which mole post started the topic

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the time on this forum is suppost to in be Greenwich Time, right? But GT is an hour later than the forum time says. Is it possible to correct this?

The time on this forum is supposed to be whatever you set it to be, I'm fairly certain. You can customize it in your profile.

It is true, though, that the message board seems to show the time as being one hour earlier than whatever timezone one sets. Probably a Daylight Saving Time issue.

Nope, it shows exactly the time zone that I set. But then again, in Singapore there is no summer and winter time (with less than 5 min difference between sunrise in 'summer' and 'winter' it would not make much sense...).

I'm really not sure what's up with the time. date(1) returns the correct time in CST, however setting my timezone to CST on the board results in all the times being one hour earlier than they should be. DP, howeve, reports that his times are correct. Changing the timezone the board thinks its in results in nothing. I think it's a daylight savings issue. Daylight savings time is retarded. If you have to move the time around in order for the workday to fit into the daylight time the way people like it to, then obviously the work day is too long ;-).

On an unrelated note, does the color of the scroll bar with the subSilver theme drive anyone else nuts? I can't tell the difference between shades of blue very well, so I constantly find myself clicking random spots on the scroll bar until I find where the handle is.

Well, unless you live in one of VERY few spots, you should probably have the time in CDT now. There aren't many places in the Central timezone that don't do daylight savings.

Yeah, i've been stumped by the colour of the scrollbar too - but i always use up and down arrows anyway, so it's not a problem for me. ;) Why not cllick on the arrows? That should tell you where the draggable scroll button is...
