Look, it's one thing to say people should have patience, they're getting this game for free due to people volunteering their time, etc. But at the same time, promises were made in terms of 'there will be this, that and the other available by X date' so it's not surprising at all, nor is it assholish on their part, for people to check in at or after that time and ask where the things they were promised are.

This is exactly what we are doing. Right now we are just discussing the best way to open the game up to the players. Losing Klazam was a big blow to us and it brought us to a standstill. After consulting we have decided the only way to finish the mechanics is to open it up for player opinion and suggestions. Just be patient for a bit longer and I am positive that everything we can release will be up this week.

Hellz yeah. Maybe from our perspective losing klazam speed up the amount of info we get. Brigth side to everything. The downside is that we have to wait longer, but who cares. I'm in it for the long haul.

Yes that is right, we are doing a Test Quest and the Sign Ups are for the first 4 people. As soon as I have my lucky four, I will require them to create a
sample character
that will be used
ONLY
for this quest.

This is to spark some excitement about Amstaad again as I realize we haven't given much to the community aside for hard work with fixing everything. Keep in mind this is a test so the actual Amstaad experience may differ.

I don't see that as a big problem for this. The real test is if mods can handle four players each doing their own thing at once, and possibly have them meet up in the same place at the same time while on different schedules.

What Yaw said. We will work on character creation assuming you use a character with magical aptitude.

This is mostly to show you the pace in which quests will be and how players/mods communicate with each other. It should be interesting :)

Thats fine quadz. We can do three people if a fourth doesn't come in, it is just a test after all.

At this point, I want to ask that the current testers begin creating a 4 aspect character to use. I would try to steer away from magic users as we dont have that system down yet. Please post your desired character here and we can discuss what needs to be changed/fixed.
