Just know that when using [mech] and having black text in it the black text is black on mafBlack and is very hard to read.

I mean unlike regular default black text on mafSilver it doesn't turn white. The default colour on mafSilver is black and it's white on mafBlack. When you add the black colour tag tho it doesn't auto change to white (for obvious reasons).

So I guess there are four tags (mech, mech=, area, and area=) and you can't nest two of the same tag?

In that case, this shouldn't work:

"test"[area]area inside mech= inside mech inside area
[/area]

PEDIT: It didn't, so that seems to fit the observed results pretty well.
